Any and all damage occurring during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of items.
The nebulizer is considered a medical piece of equipment, we do not offer returns on the mask or any commodities that have been used or opened. This includes Medicine Cups, SilvaPlex, Pure. The compressor or controller if under warranty will be repaired or replaced only. Contact us and we will try to troubleshoot prior to return. If we feel the unit needs to come in for repair or replacement, we will send you a call tag to ship the unit back. It will be your responsibility to package the unit properly as we will not be responsible for damage caused during shipping.
If you order then decide you can't use it, it can be returned if UNOPENED. You will still be charged for shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
